ACTION PLAN

      • Up gradation of curriculum and modernization of labs will continue.
      • Modernization of Electrophysiological Laboratory with the aid of Modrobs scheme.
      • The department has been interacting with CARE HOSPITALS to establish a virtual class room in the department; hence industry-institute interaction will be increased.
      • Discussions are in progress with national institutes like National institute for the mentally handicapped, Institute for the dumb and deaf for meaningful and relevant projects.
      • The Department is planning to sign an MOU with Nieloufer hospital to form a “SMARAMI FOUNDATION” which will assist the medical professionals in procurement, assembling, and maintenance of the complex medical equipments.
      • The department has been interacting with “MIDHANI” to carry out joint research in the field of BIOMECHANICS.
      • Similarly meaningful and relevant projects from local hospitals will be undertaken and the cooperation is likely to increase due to M.Tech. Programme.
      • The department has taken the initiative to start joint research with Care Hospitals on Electrophysiological studies of cardiac functioning.
